just came back from the gym, I run 3,5 km in 20 Minutes, and did muscles exercising for the last 30 minutes afterwards. It was kind of awkward because except me and another guy the gym was completely empty, but I am more than happy I went :)

So…today hasnt been one of my best days, anyways Ill go to the gym right after this, to feel at list a little better.
So for breakfast I had 2 mandarines some watermelon and some crackers. For lunch I had a chicken panini with salade. Inbetween I had a coke and 4 cookies. Afterwards I had a salad for dinner.
