So…today hasnt been one of my best days, anyways Ill go to the gym right after this, to feel at list a little better.
So for breakfast I had 2 mandarines some watermelon and some crackers. For lunch I had a chicken panini with salade. Inbetween I had a coke and 4 cookies. Afterwards I had a salad for dinner.
For exercising so far, I only drove my bike for one hour (really slowly tough, the weather was killing me) I am heading to the gym now, to do some last minute exercises ;)
