I have had an incredible busy week, finally I was even sick for a couple of days, therefore I neither had time and strength to work out nor to be on tumblr. I feel horrible, especially because I’ve had about a one week break from 30DS so I’ll see if I am going to start over, tough since I’m already in level two I honestly don’t think i will…besides those days weren’t exactly my healthiest, I drank a lot of alcohol and had some candies, so I really have to push through the next days and eat as clean as I can. Anyways now that I’m back, I’ll answer my inbox piece by piece, so please have a little patience :)
Day 12 - 30 Day shred - it’s getting slightly easier, hope it’ll be as easy as the first one in the end
5km run - that definitely gave me the rest, totally sore now…feels good tough :)
11. Day 30 Day Shred -Oh my, level 2 really makes me appreciate level 1 so much more, I wish I could go back to it! It really is tough, I had to stop several times! ..while the cardio part in level 1 was quite doable and in the end almost easy, level 2 is nothing at all in comparsion, and then there are so many plank exercises…ahsvbde I am so glad when those 10 days are over!
7,5 km run - I am so happy, I haven’t been running more than 5-6km the last year. And more than that it was one of those rare times when I truly enjoyed my run, and I couldn’t stop, I even almost did a third round.
