just came back from the gym, I run 3,5 km in 20 Minutes, and did muscles exercising for the last 30 minutes afterwards. It was kind of awkward because except me and another guy the gym was completely empty, but I am more than happy I went :)
So…today hasnt been one of my best days, anyways Ill go to the gym right after this, to feel at list a little better.
So for breakfast I had 2 mandarines some watermelon and some crackers. For lunch I had a chicken panini with salade. Inbetween I had a coke and 4 cookies. Afterwards I had a salad for dinner.
For exercising so far, I only drove my bike for one hour (really slowly tough, the weather was killing me) I am heading to the gym now, to do some last minute exercises ;)
The weather is killing me, and I didnt really do to much producitve today, but anyways I am enjoying my holidays, and I really need a break.
Anyways, for breakfast I had a mandarin with watermelon, for lunch I had a delicious salad with fruits and nuts in it, in the afternoon I had a little cheese cracker snack and finally for dinner I had a salad with feda cheese and olive oil.
For exercises I did the inner tighs challenge from blogilates:
a quick 4 km run, and an ab circuit from tone it up:

So I have been spending my day pretty much at the pool: tanning, swimming and working out! Cant wait for summer, if its actually gonna be like this everyday.
Anyways I had a pancake with strawberries for breakfast, a sandwich and an orange for lunch and a bagel with avocado (best meal ever!!!) and some watermalon for dinner.
Moreover I did the passionforprofession ab work out:
And some arm muscles exercises. In the evening I did a nice 5 km run, literally falling in bed right now. Hope you had a succesfull day as well and an amazing weather like here, keep it up guys :)
As summer is getting closer, I last minute came to the conclusion that it reallyy is about time to get my ass of the couch and get in the best shape I possibly can for summer.
So here goes my play, with the perfect mixture of muscles exercises, cardio training and healthy eating (and the upcoming summer feeling not to be forgotten) I want to archive as much as I can, within the next ten days (starting tomorrow the 19th) I am going to post every day what workouts I did and what food I ate, and I’d be more than happy if you guys would join me. Let me know whether you tried the workouts I posted, or if you have anything else you could recommend me, let me know about your effort, what you’re planning to do during your vaccation, or simply if you have any recommentations/tips for summer. TALK TO ME! Together we can do this, and get all more than ready for summer.
Now I know, that I probably won’t lose 10 pounds, or be a size smaller, but I do believe that it is possible to see quite a big difference, and I am eager to give everything I can to get in shape, after all it is never to late to start, and never wrong to work-out.
