So a lot of people have been asking me for workouts, where to find them, workouts for a certain are (abs,tights etc.), workouts that I do, and so on.
So here it goes:
Basically most of the exercises or workouts I do, are from youtube. There is a huge fitness community on there, mostly professional trainers that post regulary various fitness workouts for different areas with different levels and goals and the best part it’s all free! So if you haven’t already, you should definitely check it out (but careful it can be quite addicting)

Another way to work out is to follow a certain fitness programm. Nowadays there are tones of DVDs and Programms on the market. Luckily there are a few very effective programs that would cost a lot of money otherwise, for free avaiable on the internet.
30 Day Shred
A 30 day programm which consist of 3 x 20 minute workouts progressing by intensity (you therefore do workout one - level 1 for ten days, and move then on to level-/workout 2 and afterwards 3) The workout is based on a 3-2-1 Interval system (3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs), which makes it so effective, because as you may know, interval training is known to burn more calories as usual, due to the after-burn effect, which means that even after your workout you’re still butning calories.
